At Masterfisch, you can choose the delivery date that suits you best during checkout. We schedule your shipment accordingly and always contact you beforehand to ensure everything goes smoothly.

Our team at the acclimation center carefully monitors the health and condition of every animal before shipping. If any concern arises - such as stress or signs of illness - we postpone the shipment as a precaution. You will then have the option to adjust your order, either by selecting another specimen of the same species or choosing a different species altogether.
