Please note: We are unable to deliver to certain “remote areas” due to delivery times and additional charges. Delivery to the following postcodes is available by request only for extended areas in Europe.

When confirming your order, select the day you wish to receive your animals in our calendar. We prepare your order the day before so that it is delivered to you on the chosen date.

Packaging and shipping costs:

Express Delivery: Your order is carefully prepared in our acclimation center and shipped the day before for delivery on the chosen date. Please ensure that you, or a trusted person, will be available to receive the package. We will contact you to guarantee a perfect delivery.
