All our animals are shipped express. Before entrusting the parcel to the carrier, our experts scrupulously check the state of health of the animals and pack them with the utmost care.
Packaging and shipping costs:
Shipments from the acclimatization center are made Monday to Thursday for next-day delivery.
Our sales team will always contact you to arrange the shipment and ensure that someone is available to receive the order.
Please note that we are unable to deliver to certain “remote areas” due to delivery times and additional charges.
